Most of the coffee we carry is from Peace Coffee Roasters in Minneapolis, MN. Peace Coffee delivers by bike year-round to the Twin Cities metro area, and their suburban accounts get their coffee from a big, bright biodiesel van.Go here to read more about their history and the farmer cooperatives they work with.

Building New Hope is a volunteer driven 501(c)(3) organization based in Pittsburgh, PA, and Granada, Nicaragua, that has been supporting grassroots development projects in Central America since 1992. They do some amazing things and we are glad to be a supporter and promoter of their many initiatives.
TEA
We purchase all of our tea from Rishi tea. There are no middlemen between the tea artisans and Rishi Tea. They have direct relationships with their tea growers that ensures the best quality and flavor for the best price. Less than 2% of the world's tea production has the hand crafted artisanal quality of Rishi Tea. If you are not convinced of their quality from looking at the website, come in to look and smell the teas; we are confident you will be impressed!

BAKED GOODS
We have an amazing baker, who lives just a few miles away and delivers fresh to us twice a day. We bake our scones and cookies in-house from dough he gives us, and the rest he brings. His name is Joe Freyvogel and his business is Baked For You. He makes all of our tasty muffins, scones, cookies, breads, cinnamon rolls and quiche from scratch and delivers them still warm. Wow!
We also carry biscotti from local Enrico Biscotti, and turnovers and bagels from Priory Fine Pastries.
FOOD AND MISC.
Beleza carries limited meal items only due to our small space! However, we have delicious wraps and salads from Mung Dynasty on the Southside. Mung believes strongly in eating healthy and locally, and it shows in the way they grow and prepare their food. They do not have a website but here is an article that can tell you more about their values and business practice.
We purchase our dairy products, soy, and juice from Turner Dairy Farms, a local producer in Penn Hills. Turner's has signed certifications on file from each of their family farms pledging not to treat their cows with rBST growth hormone. Turner is committed to local, sustainable farming practices and maintains high standards in their milk and other products.
We also make some miscellaneous purchases at The East End Co-op.
